Act-On forms can be set to automatically push signups to Salesforce Professional, Enterprise, or Unlimited editions. Once the form is set up to push signups to Salesforce, errors in the push can be seen directly in Act-On.
- Go to Content > Forms and in Form Manager on the left, use the filters, folders, and tags to find the Form you want.
- In the list, hover over the Form and click View report:
- In the Form Report, at the top left, click the Details tab and in the Salesforce Push Errors box, click View Errors. If a contact's form submission has created a push error, the contact's name and a description of the form error will appear.
If the Form selected has no errors, the Salesforce Push Errors box does not appear in the Details tab.
