  • Why Can't I Delete This User?

    You cannot delete a marketing user if they have Admin privileges. Remove the Admin permission to delete the user. Here's how: When signed in as an administrator, go to Settings > Users > Marketing users tab. Hover over the user you want & click Edit permissions: Toggle off Has administrator access. & click Save Changes. Now, you will be able to delete this user.
