What’s Changing

You’ll notice some changes in Act-On’s left navigation:

Left nav with Audience Center.jpg

  • Contacts is now Audience Center. Here you can find All Contacts, Accounts, Scoring Rules, & Subscription Management.
  • A new section, Lists, includes Marketing Lists & Other Lists (for clients who have not already fully upgraded to All Contacts).

If you’re already set up with Audience Center (previously called Act-On Contacts), good for you! You’ve got a head start and are ready to take advantage of the powerful new capabilities that will be coming in 2025.

If you have yet to see Audience Center, you can start your free upgrade now. We’ve got upgrade assistant tools built in to help you set up your data schema, import your existing Marketing Lists, copy over your existing segments, and point your forms and programs to the new data. We’re here to help - look for upcoming webinars, office hours, & consulting opportunities.

When

Audience Center released on February 13 and rolled out to clients over a few weeks after that date.

Watch our webinar (Feb 26) to learn more about this feature & how to get started.

Or, pop into office hours any Tuesday, 9 AM PST.

Customer Impact

Customers see the navigation changes explained above, and all accounts have access to Audience Center, where you can set up your All Contacts database to start taking advantage of the new features.

You can still use Marketing Lists in conjunction with the new contact database.
