Act-On can send a daily email summarizing visitors to your website. Marketing users can trigger this Website Prospector Daily Report both automatically on a schedule and manually, on demand.
Why this matters: If someone missed the automatic send, joins a project mid-week, or you need a fresh copy for a meeting, resending the report on demand means you're not stuck waiting for tomorrow's automatic email.
Add recipients to the daily digest
To add individual email addresses to automatically receive the Website Prospector Daily Report email:
- Go to Inbound > Website Prospector > More (top right) > Digest Emails.
- Click any of the Marketing Users or Sales Users.
- Select the Enable Website Prospector Daily Digest Email check box.
- Optionally add other email addresses (non-users) in the field And Also Send Copies To These Email Addresses.
- Click Submit.
Resend the report
To resend the Website Prospector Daily Report email:
- Go to Inbound > Website Prospector > More.
- Select Resend Digest Email:
