Creating a Public Website Prospector Report

You can make the Website Prospector report available to company executives, sales reps, or anyone else without giving them access to other information in your Act-On account.

To share a Website Prospector report publicly:

1. Click on Inbound > Website Prospector.
2. Click the More menu.
3. Click Public URL, and you will see a URL that looks something like this: http://abccompany.com/acton/beacon/x...?a=0&k=1234567. 
4. To enable password protection for the report. Simply check the box for Set Password, and define the password.
5. Provide the URL to anyone who needs to review the report.
