- Form Data fields available as additional criteria linked to form submission behavior
- Expanded date comparisons filter by day/week/month rollups, specific dates, and relative ranges
- Custom Data support bring in supplemental data via Custom Data APIs (e.g., purchases, products owned, external events, claims, cases) and segment on it
- Direct Select Segments faster building, including selecting from existing segments
When
Audience Center segmentation was released to GA on June 26, 2026 after extensive beta testing.
Customer Impact
- All accounts who are newly setting up Audience Center will now default to Audience Center segmentation.
- We're scheduling batches of upgrades over the next several weeks for current Audience Center users. We'll let you know via email when your account is scheduled for an automatic upgrade. All your current segments will be upgraded and will continue to drive programs, emails, etc without interruption.
