FAQs
How do I update my plugin?
Our plugin automatically checks for updates every 24 hours. If you are having problems receiving the latest update, you may be behind a firewall that is blocking the update. Provide this article to your IT team and ask them to ensure your network is approving traffic to/from Act-On: Allow Network Traffic from Act-On IPs and Domains
We also recommend uninstalling the plugin and then downloading and installing the latest version.
