Account Report in Salesforce

  • Updated

The Account Report gives your Salesforce sales team a one-click view of Act-On engagement data without leaving their CRM. In Classic, the button opens the report in a pop-up window; in Lightning, it opens right inside Salesforce. Before your sales team can use it, someone needs to install the button on the Account page layout.

Why this matters: Reps who can check account engagement without leaving Salesforce are more likely to review it before every call. If the button isn't installed on the page layout, that data stays buried in Act-On and sales won't go looking for it.
